Support for veterinary partners
Write to us and a person will read it. We aim to reply within one business day.
Getting verified
Verification is free for licensed veterinarians, one-time rather than per client, and you complete it yourself. It runs in this order, and the order is deliberate:
An identity check
You photograph your ID and take a selfie. Identity is the gate — we do not spend effort on a licence check until we know who is applying.
Your licence details
State and licence number. We check them against the issuing board and match the name to the one on your ID.
The professional terms
Accepted here rather than earlier or later. Earlier is meaningless — we would not know who accepted. Later is worse: clinical access would already be granted to someone who had agreed to nothing.
Anything the automated checks cannot settle goes to a person rather than to a rejection. If your application is held, that is what is happening, and we will email you.
Signing in
The veterinary application is at vapp.ourpackhealth.com. This site — vet.ourpackhealth.com — is the partner information site and the landing page for report QR codes; the two are deliberately separate hosts. The mobile apps sign in with the same credentials as the web application.
A client handed me a report
Scan the QR code printed on it. That opens the case directly, with the animal already identified — no account is needed to look, and verification is free if you want to keep working from it. If the code will not resolve, ask the owner to generate a fresh report: each one carries its own code and older ones expire.
Do not type a code by hand. They are not designed to be transcribed, and a mistyped one is indistinguishable from an expired one.
Access to a client’s record
The owner grants it and the owner can withdraw it. They are notified when access is requested. It is their record and OurPack is the custodian — which is also why your own contributions to it are permanent and carry your name.
Legal and data
- Veterinary Professional Terms — the agreement governing your account, accepted during verification.
- Privacy Policy — what we collect and why.
- Data deletion — how to remove data, and what is retained.

OurPack Health does not diagnose and does not prescribe. It is a record-keeping, monitoring and communication platform, and it never overrides your clinical judgment. Output to a verified veterinary account is advisory decision support — verify every dose before acting on it.
