Integrations
Enter your system. See exactly what we can do with it.
Not every practice management system supports every capability, and a page that implied otherwise would be lying to the one audience that would notice. So this reads from the live catalog: per system, per capability, with the date each claim was last verified.
Integrating costs you nothing — and it is what unlocks telemedicine with your own clients, two-way sync, booking and scheduling.
Why we ask
One connection does four jobs.
It is a requirement rather than a preference, and this is the whole reason why: a single integration is the only thing that can do all four of these at once.
1 · It turns telemedicine on
Telemedicine with your own clients is gated on it. No connection, no telemedicine — for anyone, including us.
2 · It proves the relationship
Your own visit history is evidence that you physically saw the animal. That is a provable record instead of a box you tick to attest it — better for you, because certification and liability stay exactly where they were and nothing rests on anyone’s word.
3 · It writes back
Every virtual visit writes into your own record, so your system stays whole and authoritative. Nothing here asks you to keep a second set of notes.
4 · It fills the record without re-keying
Your record syncs back into OurPack, building the animal’s longitudinal history automatically as your patients come through. Nobody types anything twice.
And none of it gates the relationship. A verified veterinarian who scans a client’s QR code gets secure messaging, records access and a place on that animal’s care team with no integration at all, today. Integration unlocks telemedicine; it is not the price of admission.
22 systems in the catalog. Every claim below carries the date it was last verified.
The floor, under all of it
No integration is required to start.
Owner-uploaded records always work
A PDF, a photograph of a printed page with text recognition, a manual entry, an emailed export. Your client already lawfully possesses copies of their own animal’s records, which makes this path legally clean nationwide and dependent on no vendor.
It is the fallback under every row in the matrix, and it is why the product works for every practice from day one.
What we deliberately do not claim
OurPack does not claim HL7 or FHIR support. Those standards govern human health records and do not apply here; claiming them would be a borrowed credential your IT vendor would see through in a sentence.
What is accurate is more useful: OurPack integrates directly with major practice systems through their official partner programs and APIs, works from standard record exports where a system has no API, and requires no integration at all for an owner to start.
The whole picture
Every system in the catalog.
7 of 22 carry at least one automatic connection today. The rest work from record exports, manual entry and owner uploads — which is a real answer, not a gap.

What each state means
| State | What it actually means for your practice |
|---|---|
| Direct integration | Direct integration — automatic, straight to your system. |
| Through the vendor’s partner platform | Automatic, through your vendor’s own partner platform. You grant access; we do not hold a key you did not give. |
| From your standard record exports | Works from the exports your system already produces. Assisted, not manual, and no vendor approval needed. |
| Manual and owner-uploaded records | Manual entry and owner-uploaded records. Always available, for every system, including yours. |
| Not built yet | Not built yet. Shown so the picture is complete. It is not a live capability and it is not a date. |
Some practice-management vendors charge their own API or integration fees. Where they apply, they are passed through at exact cost — never marked up.

Tell us and we will answer for your system specifically. A system we have not catalogued opens a research task, which is how this page gets more accurate.
