A veterinarian in an exam room reads a patient’s history on a wall-mounted screen while a calm dog waits on the table beside her.

For veterinary practices

We start from the vet they already have. You.

Every other virtual-care platform has the same problem: no relationship with the animal’s actual veterinarian. They solve it by hiring one, or by introducing a stranger. We route back to you — because you already hold the relationship, the licence in that state, and the examination.

Connecting your practice is free, and integrating it is free.

Why this is different

Everyone else is paying to manufacture a relationship you already have.

The approachHow it gets a vet in front of the clientWhat it costs them
Employ a rosterHire veterinarians directlyCapped by state licensing, and payroll before revenue
A marketplace of strangersIndependents sign up; the owner browses and picks oneA brand-new relationship manufactured every single time
An insurance funnelCheap unlimited triage as an acquisition hookThe care is a loss leader, not the business
OurPackRoutes the client back to their own veterinarianNothing — the relationship already exists

It is not a feature the others can bolt on later. It is where you begin, or it is not available to you. OurPack is the infrastructure and the billing rail. It is never the labour — we do not employ veterinarians, and we are not trying to become your competitor.

How a practice connects

Three tiers. You choose how far you go.

Each tier is a deliberate step: more integration and commitment, traded for more capability and reach. You can stop at any of them, and the first two cost nothing.

1

Verified

What it takes: Prove you are a licensed veterinarian. That is the whole of it — we have verified your credentials and nothing more.

  • Access to the platform
  • A client’s records, when they hand you the QR code on their report
  • Secure messaging with that client
  • A place on that animal’s care team
  • The full fee schedule, disclosed to verified veterinarians

Cost to your practice: Free

One-time, not per client, and it commits you to nothing beyond it. The QR code on a client’s report is how a record reaches you — it is not a way around being verified, and there is no rung below this one.

2

Partner

What it takes: Connect your practice management system.

  • Telemedicine with your own established clients
  • Two-way record sync, so your system stays authoritative
  • Appointment booking and requests
  • Scheduling
  • Your entire patient base, not only the clients who found us first
  • Your practice presence, built out ready for the directory

Cost to your practice: Free

This is where you build the practice out. Each capability is a toggle you control, integration costs nothing, and it is what puts the pieces in place to become a Premium Partner when you want to.

3

Premium Partner

What it takes: Opt in, on a subscription.

  • We market on your behalf
  • Access to potential new clients who have no practice yet
  • Listed in the directory, by region and by review
  • Take clients you have no prior relationship with

Cost to your practice: Subscription

Placement is earned by region and by review. It is never bought, and clinical routing is never for sale at any price.

Connecting and integrating your practice is free. The one paid tier is Premium Partner, and it buys reach — never the connection, never the integration, never messaging, and never the record. Every amount is set out in full inside the system, disclosed to verified veterinarians only — how that works.

What we don’t do

The boundaries are the product, not the fine print.

  • We don’t diagnose or prescribe. The platform collects, organises, contextualises and routes. Naming a condition is your act, after examination.
  • We don’t take a percentage of what you charge your own clients. You set your rates for your established clients and we never touch them. No revenue share, and nothing at all on the care you provide in your own building.
  • We don’t employ virtual veterinarians to compete with you. There is no direct-to-consumer diagnosis or prescribing behind this platform, and no roster of ours for a client to pick instead of you.
  • We don’t own your clients’ records. They do. Your practice keeps ownership of its own original record, exactly as state law provides.
  • We don’t lock clients to a practice, gate records behind partner status, or penalise a client who switches.
  • We don’t sell placement. Not in clinical routing, not in the directory. Placement is earned by region and by review, and pay-for-placement is excluded outright because it would compromise clinical neutrality.

Your client cannot obtain an AI diagnosis that undermines your relationship or creates liability for you, and you get support that respects your authority. That is one design decision seen from two sides.

What it changes in the practice

Three things a practice can measure.

Lapsed clients come back

Due and overdue preventive items become clinically appropriate prompts, routed to the animal’s veterinarian of record — you. Preventive care for the animal, a revenue-positive visit for the practice, attributed and visible in your dashboard.

The free front-desk call stops being free

This is what Susie is doing, should I bring her in? — the call that costs you staff time and bills nothing today becomes a virtual visit or a tracked follow-up. Logged, handled, and paid for.

You find out what actually happened

A protocol you prescribe is enforced with the owner at home and reported back structured at the follow-up. For the first time at scale, you see what was done rather than I’m sure I followed it.

Built around your practice

An extension of your practice, not a marketplace.

Your brand is forefront

When a client connects to your practice, your name, contact details, messaging and team are what they see in the application.

You control referrals

The specialists and emergency hospitals surfaced to your clients are the ones you endorse. The platform does not auto-recommend outside providers, and never tells a client their veterinarian recommends someone without your say-so.

Your whole team, in the client’s pocket

Front desk, technicians and doctors — secure messaging routes to your own people, which makes reaching them easier than phone tag.

Your system stays authoritative

Where you integrate, a virtual visit writes back into your own record. Your practice management system remains the source of truth for your practice; nothing about this asks you to keep a second set of notes.

How you will probably meet us

A client hands you a report with a QR code on it.

  1. The client prepares the case

History, timeline, medications, and the specific question they need answered — assembled before the appointment.

  2. You scan the code

It names the animal and the report. Every report carries its own code, and older ones expire.

  3. You verify once

An identity check, your licence details, and the professional terms. Free, one-time, and not per client.

  4. The owner grants access

They control what you can see and can withdraw it. It is their record; we are the custodian.

Who owns what

Worth being direct about, because it cuts against how most software in this space works.

  • Your practice keeps ownership of its original record. State law says so and nothing here changes it.
  • Records you share through the platform carry an irrevocable licence to the pet owner — not to OurPack. It systematises an access right you already owe your clients, and it means their longitudinal record cannot develop a hole years later. Termination stops future sharing and nothing more; there is no clawback.
  • Your contributions are permanent, and your name stays on them. You cannot withdraw, edit away or anonymise a note after the fact. That is what makes it a professional record rather than a comment, and it is as much your evidence as theirs.
  • Corrections are made in the open, the way they are in any medical record: by adding a correction, never by rewriting history.

Tell us about your practice and we will tell you exactly what we can do with your systems.

Nothing to install, no contract, and nothing to pay to connect.
